Good question Dennis,
This rack works best when loaded from the top down. This method avoids knocking loose dust onto your work as you load up the rack. You could also place a piece of cardboard between each piece to protect your work.

This is a great idea, I was looking for ways to dry my projects in a good clean spot but with out taking up to much room. Is there any suggestions as to how you could also do some sort of protection to help keep the dust off, but have it so it breaks down too.

I've seen your system and I admire your ability to construct the system which not only gives you the ability to spray so many pieces in so small a space but it keeps down the accidents which you described with all other systems.
