Beautiful table, Love the construction and ebony accents. Congrats Mr. July.
This is an great table with those Ebony inlays. I was wondering though how you did the inlays. I don’t have a plunge base for my router yet, is it even possible to do inlays with out that set up for your router? If there is i would like to know the process. And even the process for doing inlays with the plunge base. Beings I will be getting one soon. I hope.
Thanks Mike,
The Ebony fits well with the Jatoba.
I have another table with a Tiger Strip Maple top. I am looking at a contrasting wood for accents on it. Maybe Cherry? What do you think?

Hi Dennis,
I did this table with a fixed base router and template guide. I can see the convenience of a plunge router for this operation but it is not absolutely necessary.
I am doing another table with inlays. I’ll do a step by step with pictures for you.
